We usually ship the product within 2 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within a week.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Since we are not perfect so even after our hard try there might be things which may not hold up to your expectations, so you have the option to return or exchange items purchased on Santiniketanonline.com.

We allow easy return & refunds for :

• 1) Products which are received in Damaged/Defective/Broken conditions.
• 2) Products which do not match with the photo or details given in the site.

 

Products must be returned in the original condition as they were received in along with the bill. In any condition the dispute must be registered with the seller within three days of product delivery and it should be returned within 7days (even if the buyer is going for self-shipping). In case you want a refund (cases other than exchange of products) please give details of your bank account for quick service from our end.

After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to. And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery.
